Always love Rock Bottom! The best people work there! We got a last minute reservation at 7. They have a limited menu, but our favorite nachos were on there! We’ll wait patiently for the carrot cake...😍All the employees wore masks and the chairs were on tables not in use. We were separated, but cozy. It’s so nice to see people again and we enjoyed our dinner immensely. Riley was the sweetest and most attentive server! It’s hard when you can’t see people smiling. But, her smile was on the inside for sure! Thanks for being awesome!

Amazing! Great food, beer and atmosphere. The service is fast and friendly. There's dining room, patio and bar seating. One of the best places in the Springs.

Our waitress Analisa was amazing! We ordered nachos and beer, the nachos need to be improved. We order them with beef for 2.49 extra, there wasn't much beef on them at all!

From arrival to departure, we had the best time at Rock Bottom. Amethyst was our waitress on our Wednesday lunch out for two. She provided exceptional service and was able to recite all the ingredients for a particular seasonal item I had enjoyed. Everything we had was delicious, service was great, and we left with a smile on our face. She was tipped $25 dollars on a $50 total because I am not kidding the food was great and the service was exceptional.

This spot provides extraordinary service and delicious menu. One of my favourite spots in the city. The food arrived fast and the prices were fair. Recommended.

Tried this place for the first time last night and it was good! I will say that they do not have nearly enough seating for as busy as it gets but we were able to find an empty table sit ourselves near the bar. The service was amazing and the drinks were great. Will be coming back at some point.

Our waiter was attentive and highly knowledgeable about all the beers on the menu and offered us samples of beers we found interesting. The food was delicious. You can also purchase a sealed container of beer to take home. If you’re looking for a great brewery and a good meal, this is the place.

Food is excellent! We got wings and the pretzel for appetizers, both were so flippin delicious, there is a queso dipping sauce for the pretzel that is fantastic. For my entree I got the 3am. And omg, for a hangover burger, this is going to be my new go to! The burger was cooked to perfection, the bacon was crispy, the hash brown on it is other worldly, the egg was cooked correctly for a change, most restaurants can not get that down. The presentation was very appealing.My children got the standard pepperoni pizza, it was actually really good. Not your standard circular pizza, it comes out as a rectangle. And it’s delicious!We will be back for many more visits!

Do NOT order any gift cards from this franchise or the corporation! I ordered a gift card on May 29th, 2020 and my credit card was charged immediately. But then it took nearly 3 months to send it. That is unacceptable! This was supposed to be a wedding gift. Pretty lame when it comes three months later and it's only a gift card! It's not like it was something being shipped from overseas or something that's in short order these days. I understand that COVID-19 has impacted this business but if you're not going to be able to perform on the order, then 1) Don't charge my credit card right away, and 2) Have an automated reply that you're not issuing new gift cards at this time.BIG FAIL!!

Staff was friendly, the atmosphere was nice for a brewery, The guacamole was made to order and served with seasoned chips and salsa. The reason why I gave this place a 4 star rating is because the veggie burger, although big, and included black beans, corn, carrots, broccoli, and rice among other things did not have a lot of flavor, nor the consistency of a burger. I would much prefer to see them serve a umami style veggie burger, that tastes good, and has the look and consistency of a burger. I’ve seen other dishes coming out of the kitchen and they look pretty good.

I witnessed some costumers being very rude to both a bar tender/waiter and manger tonight in Colorado Springs. I just want so say that my husband and I had amazing services, food and drinks while seated at the bar. I am a manger and I know how much heat you can take from customers. I truly admire both the bar tender/waiter and manger for how they handled the situation. Both were able to move on with the night and serve other customers with a smile. I see you. I appreciate you. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

As always great service despite working around the restrictions.

This is my 2nd time trying them still not impressed. First time was some years back and menu didn’t look good so i just left. This recent time they got the food out quick, the waiter was great but my food was cold. The plate was hotter then the food.

I give rock bottom 5 stars because of Nick and Matt at the bar. The combination of them both makes you feel welcomed and at home. My wife and I current this bar because of the great food and hospitality....That being said. Your recent removal of the pub burger and the change to the nachos have forever effected us. We’re now skeptical about eating at rock bottom due to these changes. As said before, only give five stars because the service is outstanding! Your staff exceeds expectations but your quality of food is diminishing.

Good to see they’re open again I use to like them. Hopefully they’ll do better this time around. When a company files bankruptcy like they did it usually comes around again.

I'm very dissatisfied with our experience at Rock Bottom yesterday. First, we had to wait for a table to get 'cleaned off' when there couldn't have been more than 1/4 of the place occupied. But ok. It took 10min to even have a conversation with our server and he forgot one of our drinks when he finally brought them out. It wasn't until our food arrive that we asked again where our drink was. I ordered steak medium rare and my son order the kids steak and medium. My medium rare was well done. And my son's steak was medium rare and cold. Now I would have said something accept we didn't see our server for another 20min and at that point we were so over it. For the amount of money we spent to not get our entire order, cold wrong food and the worst service I've seen in years with an almost empty restaurant. I will never be back!

At the moment you enter this restaurant they give you a good feeling. Very friendly stuff, it is a nice restaurant to go out with buddies or with your date. heavenly cooking, qualified chef, reasonable price and nice service. Highly recommended.

5 stars is not enough to give this place, the food was amazing and so was the service! I want to give a “HUGE” shout out and a “ BIG” thanks to our wonderful server Barbara and general manager Alicia for making our first time there unforgettable! I will definitely be recommending Rock Bottom to all I know!!!!

Went here with a few friends to enjoy a night out and avoid the thunderstorms. The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant was very cool and it had a welcoming appearance. Our server was very attentive and we did not have to wait long to get our food or any refills we needed.

I came in,l and was seated at a table in the bar. Told the hostess I would be back and needed to use the restroom. Came back to my table and a random man was sitting at my table. He insisted that I get the hostess. I was greeted by the manager who told me they would seat me elsewhere. I declined. As I had already been given a table. The bribe of a free appetizer did not matter. The lack of service and bland food reflected the fact that I stood up and insisted I keep keep my table. You should really teach your manager how to "manage" her restaurant.

The food was super good! My wife & I got the nachos & the chicken fried chicken stack (something along those lines) & both were amazing. Really no complaints at all. & Our server, Carter, was very helpful & informative about all the promotions they offer so we will undoubtedly be back!

Appetizer nachos are extremely delicious and big enough to serve ATLEAST 4 people. HUGE platter of nachos. And the Long Island ice teas were the best I’ve ever had. Very delicious yet dangerous! I had 4 Long Island ice teas and I was shwasted by the time we were done. Whoever the bartender is, give him/her a raise! Perfection with the drinks! Can’t wait to come back!

If I could give Amber, the bartender, more stars, I absolutely would. For starters, I’m a vegetarian, and I would like to commend RB for having marked items on their menu - and those marked items are not just a plain old salad. I shared my remarks with Amber and she jokingly told me it was all her idea and she even recommended a couple of the veggie dishes to me. She was an absolutely delight to talk with and our food was absolutely amazing. The steak is my boyfriends, I got the entire platter of nachos, even great the next day, just ask Amber! Thanks again for having options for alternative diet needs. It is very appreciated!

Great service, great food. Fast and efficient. Absolutely recommend 👍👍👍👍 This is the jalapeno pretzel sticks appetizer and flights of beer.

Food and service were decent. I was a little disappointed that they are running a limited menu during the virus, as the pretzel sticks were what I went for and are not on the current menu. Outside of that I enjoyed my meal.

Great burger as well as a good french dip sandwich. We also enjoyed fire chief red beer. If you are unsure of which beer you would like ask for a taste. They are always most accommodating.

Riley, was my server she rocked it! Friendly fast service very attentive and knew the menu and beer selection like she wrote the book! Fantastic service. A great way to re-open with service like that!

Hard to go wrong with a staple like this. The Bartenders know their beer and the food is always good at these establishments. We always enjoy coming here in the off hours though so we don’t have to talk over the crowd. Well worth the visit.

Both of our salads had BUGS in them because the lettuce was old! This was on a Saturday at 5:14pm so be sure to check - it can happen at anytime!!! Our salads were replaced with fresh ones but it did take a while and they forgot our dressing and our server Sydney was rather frustrated with us when we asked for dressing (this situation wasn't our fault). The other food was good, Firecracker shrimp, Crispy Baja Chicken sandwich and Chicken fingers.

Made a reservation online, system was easy to use. Went to dinner with a couple that had a 6 month old and the restaurant was very accommodating. The waitress was awesome and very attentive, cocktails were so good and not watered down like most restaurants. The food was great, very well flavored and the menu had a good variety of options. I will definitely be going back, loved this place, great atmosphere.

I've been coming here for years and the staff, beer, and food has always been excellent except for my last visit and it was very unexpected and disappointing. My friend and I recently went on a Saturday for my birthday and after being seated we waited 45 minutes for our food. He ordered our usual 2am burger and it was flavorless, stale, and barely even had an egg, I ordered the bison prairie burger which turned out to be an extremely small but thick circle of meat on a big bun with a lack of toppings, and we both got fries that tasted tough/stale like they had been microwaved. We were starving and in a rush so we still ate, but it was really disappointing considering it was nothing like what we ate with them in the past. Before, we we're coming to this place at least once a month, but now I kind if doubt that we will go back and if we do, we might just stick to beers and appetizers. I really hope they fix whatever changed.

In general very good food. I ordered (as seen in the photo) Bison Prairie without the pico de gallo and chipotle mayo. It was good (especially with the mushrooms). The value is okay, though it can be expensive. The service overall was pretty good. I didn't order the fries, but from previous experience they are not the best. They are very salty and crunchy. However, I have only tried these one other time, so I don't know if they are always like this. Even if they are, it doesn't ruin the entire experience. Overall, it was a good experience.

Update May 10, 2017Changed review. Rock Bottom has greatly improved their menu and got rid of the meatloaf. Thank you!!1 star 2014 - Meatloaf was not what I expected..more Italian then standard homemade meatloaf, wasn't that good. Service was great however, over priced and no military or senior citizen discounts.

Another visit to Rock Bottom was fantastic as usual. Service was spot on and the food came out hot and fresh! So many great things on this menu that no matter what you're hungry for you'll be able to find something here!

Very great experience and atmosphere here. Family friendly environment, as well tells bar and resturant are split so if you do have a larger party of people it wouldnt be a hassle trying to get seating. The service here was second to none, we had Micheal as a server and drinks never went empty not even once. For food quality I would rate it a 10/10 on this visit, so we will be back and if any changes will update.

I know times are kind of tough for restaurants right now but the kitchen was slow, prices were high (the market is probably terrible), the menu was very small and limited, and my wings were lukewarm... they have the tables sufficiently separated, server was great. Two people ate a mediocre meal with no beer for $40

What else can I say, fantastic food and drinks, great service and awesome ambiance at really reasonable prices. Cant wait to go back, it was a perfect first visit. The Boston burger was amazing, just saying.

Best salads, we CRAVE them! Great to swing by and pick up meatballs for dinner too. Yummy deserts. Only con, sometimes tables and chairs are sticky, could be cleaner.

50 minute wait to sit. 10 minutes waiting for the waiter. 65 minute waiting for the food. 20 minutes waiting for the check. Cool place if you like to wait.

Rock Bottom is one of our favorite places to come eat. Love the Chicken Avocado sandwich. The staff are all so friendly and check on us multiple times to make sure we have everything we need and if food is good.

Great service during the COVID crisis. Had fish & chips and the bar nachos. Friendly service!

Got the Bouronzola burger. It was kind of plain and didn't have much of the sauce. Is literally just the bun, the burger, and onion straws. Nothing to write home about. The prices here are pretty high, too. They have no lunch menu either. The best part was that we had a great server.
